We’re excited to share the latest news from the SkyORB universe! Over the past few weeks, we’ve been hard at work refining and updating both SkyORB 2021 LTS and SkyORB ∞, bringing better performance, new features, and improved stability across platforms. Here’s a breakdown of what’s new:
🌕 SkyORB 2021 LTS
Although SkyORB 2021 is now in long-term support (LTS) mode, it still received a significant update this season.
What’s New:
- 🆕 Updated 3D engine for better performance and visual fidelity
- 🪐 Improved rendering of the solar system
- 🔧 General improvements and minor bug fixes
💡 Note: We will continue supporting SkyORB 2021 with critical fixes until the release of SkyORB ∞ 2.0. If you’re still using 2021, you can rest assured it’s not being left behind!
🌌 SkyORB ∞ – Version 1.3.3
SkyORB ∞ continues to evolve as the next-generation experience of our astronomy app. Built from the ground up, it incorporates user feedback and new engine capabilities.
Highlights of 1.3.3:
- 🔔 Fixed sunset and planet label issues in sky charts
- 🛰️ Improved accuracy in astronomy notifications
- ⌚ Apple Watch App: Fixed overlapping temperature label & added cloud cover percentage
